Scrub off Those Fats
January 5, 2010Kung tama ang pagkakatanda ko, the last time I stepped in the weighing machine was before November and I was at 130 lbs that time. Now you know what exactly I am going to talk about. yes eto yun…
Here’s list of activities that helped add my body weight up to (toootooot) pounds.
November:
- Nov. 14, that was my birthday. Syempre, hindi lang ako that day nag celebrate. There’s what we call pre and post Birthday celebration.
- Nov. 30, that was Erin’s Birthday. See, hindi ganon katgal bago may nag birthday ulit
December:
- Dec 11 – Our Company and Team’s Christmas Party @ chaikofi
- Dec 18 – Our Department celebrated Christmas Party at food nation
- Dec 24 – 27 – went home to Bataan. Celebrated Christmas and all you need to do is eat sleep, eat and sleep
- Dec 28 – 29 – back to work. Pero ganon pa din, order dito, order don
- Dec 30 – Jan 3 – New year’s celebration. Damn! Eto na. Lahat ng cholesterol, nakain mo na
Now you know. Hindi pa yan Kumpleto. The last time I weighed this much was is I think year 2007 or 2008. See! It took me so long to scrub off some of my excess katabaan.
Now here’s the thing. I started my no rice diet diet (that is if you really call it a diet) just yesterday. NO rice- less carbo. I don’t know as to when I can stand this thing but I need to lose weight. I need to be at my 125 lbs (atleast J) before summer comes. I just want to be in the body that I want when the cameras start clicking (of course sa mga beach ito, hindi sa studio)
Oh! I almost forgot. Yesterday, I just had a bad headache. I thought it’s only my eyes but when I checked my blood pressure, t’was high. Effect pa din yun ng mga ginawa at kinain ko.
